【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthematerials,includingglassandglazing,construction,security,safety,weathertightness,andoperationandstrengthperformanceofnewwindowsmadefromPVC-UextrudedhollowprofilesconformingtoBS7413,uptothepointofinstallationofthewindowsprovidedthewindowshavebeenhandledandstoredinaccordancewiththemanufacturer'sinstructions.ThisBritishStandardappliestowindowsmanufacturedfromPVC-Uhollowprofilesincorporatingfusionweldedcornerjoints.Itappliestothefollowingwindowtypes,inmulti-lightorcompositeform:a)hinged:sidehung(openinorout),tophung(openout),bottomhung(openin),tiltandturnorturnbeforetilt;b)projecting:sidehung(openinoropenout)andtophung(openoutorreversible);c)pivoted:horizontalandvertical(hungcentrallyoroff-centre)includingreversible;d)sliding:horizontalandvertical;e)sidehung:fullyreversible;f)fixedlight.Itisapplicabletowindowsinwhichanyframememberisnotlongerthan3m.Itdoesnotapplytocurtainwallsthatspanacrosshorizontalstructuralmembersoffloorsbutisapplicabletowindowswithinacurtainwallingsystem.
