【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedtodeterminetheashcontentoffatsandoilsusedinthesofteningandstuffingofleather,aswellasthoseusedinthemanufactureofproductsforsuchpurpose.Theashcontentoffatsandoilsismeasuredforthepurposeofqualityassurance.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheashcontentoffatsandoilsusedinthesofteningandstuffingofleatherandinthemanufactureoffatliquorsandothersofteningandstuffingcompounds.ThistestmethodwasderivedfromTestMethodD1951.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SeeSection5forspecifichazardstatements.
