【摘要】:ThisStandardspecifiesthelaminatedthermosettinghigh-pressuredecorativesheets(hereafterreferredtoas"high-pressuredecorativelaminates").ThisStandardestablishesaclassificationsystemforhigh-pressuredecorativelami?natesaccordingtotheirperformanceandmainapplications(materialcharacteris?tics,forexample,postformabilityorreactiontofire).ThisStandardspecifiestherequireditemsoncharacteristicsofhigh-pressuredecorativelaminatesclassifiedbythissystem.Forseveralcharacteristics,morethanonetestmethodforcheckingtherequiredcharacteristicsisgiven.Amongthis,thealternativetestmethodwhichgivesapproximatelyequivalentresults,theexpensivetestmethodandonlyonetestmethodincertaincountriesareincluded.ThisStandardspecifiestherequiredcharacteristicsofcommonlyusedtypes,andothertypesshallbeinaccordancewiththeagreementbetweenthepartiesconcernedwithdelivery.Thespecifiedlimitvaluesshallapplytohigh-pressuredecorativelaminatescommonlyused,however,higherperformancelimitvaluesforeachclassificationmaybespecifiedinaccordancewiththeagreementbetweenthepartiesconcernedwithdelivery.Thehigh-pressuredecorativelaminatesshallbecharacterizedbytheirdecora?tivesurfaces,whicharerelativelyhardandhavingresistancetowear,scratch,impact,boilingwater,domesticstainsandmoderateheat,andclassifiedasfollows.—Ordinaryhigh-pressuredecorativelaminateoflessthan2mmthickhavingthinsingle-facedlaminatetobebondedtosubstrate—Thickhigh-pressuredecorativelaminateofapproximately2mmto5mmthickhavingsingle-ordouble-facedlaminatewhichneedstoberigidlysupportedbutnotnecessarilybebondedtosubstrate—Thickhigh-pressuredecorativelaminateofmorethan5mmthickhavingdouble-facedlaminatewhichdoesnotneedtobesupported.Thethicknessshallbeselectedaccordingtotheapplicationandthepaneldimensions.Thebacksurfaceofhigh-pressuredecorativelaminatewithsingle-decoratedsurfaceshallbemadesuitableforadhesivebondingtoasubstrate.
